The finance policy guides the financial decisions of the council. Standard policy from the national associan of local councils is used.

Process for identifying, evaluating, and managing financial risks to ensure the parish council's financial stability and compliance.

Guidelines for responsible social media use to ensure respectful communication and uphold the values of the parish council.

The health and safety policy governs the use of the Village Hall.
Privacy statement
The privacy statement of Riston Parish Council relates to how the council will use store and protect any information held about individuals including users of the website who sign up for newsletters etc.
The privacy statement can be seen at the footer of every page of the website
Website policy
As Riston Parish Council has just set up and developed its own website the legally required elements of the website have been developed to post Council agenda, minutes and other essential documents, statements, policies and procedures.
The website policy will be developed guided by input from all stakeholders.
